Dinamo Hotel became a part of the VIII International Italian Cuisine Week held in Baku

Dinamo Hotel, managed by Bridge Group Company, has become a part of the VIII International Italian Cuisine Week held in Baku.

The event was organized by the Italian Embassy in Azerbaijan together with ITA – ICE (Italian Foreign Trade Institute).

Within the framework of the Italian cuisine week, there were two exclusive dinners served with a special menu prepared by the chef and accompanied by Donnafugata wines. A masterclass was also conducted featuring the standout dish “il cannolo siciliano di melanzane” (Sicilian aubergine cannoli) made by Pino Cuttaia, chef at the two Michelin-starred La Madia restaurant in Sicily.
